I have completed small build outs to building an entire restaurant. I have used both 3.5" and 6" metal studs to build walls and soffits. The projects that I have completed consisted of: reading plans, layout, framing, installing hollow metal door frames, insulating, and all drywall work.

Project was to build a demising wall in a warehouse. The wall is built with 16 gauge 6" metal studs. Then we hung 5/8" drywall and fire taped both sides. The wall was 34' tall by 186' long. The challenging part was there was a conveyor system on one side of the wall so we could only work from the other side. We had to build the wall 8' at a time and finish the back side. The wall is a fire rated wall.
